1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:

• "ph385" / "the Company" / "we" / "us" refers to the operator of the ph385 online casino and sports betting platform, operating at ph385.cam under a license issued by PAGCOR.
• "Platform" refers to the ph385 website at ph385.cam, any associated mobile applications, and all games, services, and features made available therein.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total Philippine Peso (PHP) funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits and any credited promotional funds subject to applicable wagering requirements.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ph385. By completing the registration process on the Platform, clicking "I Agree" during registration, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms.

2.2 These Terms apply to all use of the Platform, including access via desktop browser, mobile browser, and any native application that ph385 may make available. They apply equally to Philippine residents and to any other individuals who access the Platform.

2.3 These Terms should be read in conjunction with ph385's Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and promotion-specific rules, the promotion-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

3 Eligibility

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3.2 Identity Verification. ph385 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified period will result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawal access until verification is completed.

3.3 Geographic Eligibility. The ph385 Platform is intended for use by individuals located in jurisdictions where online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ph385 makes no representation that the Platform is accessible or appropriate in any particular jurisdiction outside the Philippines.

3.4 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from ph385 or from gambling platforms generally through PAGCOR's self-exclusion register are not eligible to hold an Account. Circumventing a self-exclusion by registering a new account is a material breach of these Terms.

3.5 Employees. Directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and contractors of ph385, and their immediate family members residing in the same household, are prohibited from opening a Player account or participating in real-money gaming on the Platform.

4 Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on the Platform. The existence of multiple Accounts held by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

4.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and at all times thereafter. ph385 is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information provided by a Player.

4.3 KYC Documents. Before processing your first withdrawal, ph385 will require submission of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued Philippine ID (accepted documents include: Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, or Voter's ID);
• Proof of the payment method registered to your Account (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing the registered name and mobile number);
• Such additional documents as ph385 may reasonably request to comply with PAGCOR requirements or Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

4.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your Account. You must notify ph385 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

4.5 Account Closure. ph385 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including where ph385 has reason to believe that a Player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform. Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ph385 support.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ph385 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and supported cryptocurrencies. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 500. ph385 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds from time to time, with any changes communicated via the Platform.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification prior to the first withdrawal;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 500;
• Withdrawals are processed only to the verified payment method registered to your Account;
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before the relevant bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn;
• ph385 may impose additional verification steps for withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds in compliance with PAGCOR and anti-money laundering requirements.

5.4 Processing Times. ph385 targets the following withdrawal processing times for verified Accounts: GCash — 5 to 15 minutes; PayMaya — 10 to 30 minutes; BPI, BDO, and Metrobank — 1 to 3 hours; cryptocurrency — 30 to 60 minutes. These are indicative targets and ph385 does not guarantee processing within these windows in all circumstances.

5.5 Currency. All Player balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso. ph385 does not charge currency conversion fees, as all transactions on the Platform are conducted in PHP.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General. ph385 offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentive programs. All bonuses are issued at ph385's sole discretion and are subject to the individual terms applicable to each promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus amount or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's terms and conditions.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. ph385 employs systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Conduct that constitutes bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using promotional funds exclusively on low-risk or zero-risk betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements; and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. ph385 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close Accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

6.4 Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not met within the applicable validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and any associated balance cannot be reinstated.

6.5 Amendment and Withdrawal. ph385 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's account at the time of the change.

7 Gaming Rules & Fairness

7.1 RNG Certification. All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games available on the ph385 Platform use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested and verified to produce fair, random, and unpredictable outcomes. RNG certification is a condition of ph385's PAGCOR license.

7.2 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games at ph385 are provided by third-party studio operators including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. These games are subject to the individual game rules displayed within the live game interface and the additional terms of the respective game provider.

7.3 Malfunction Policy. 8 Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph385 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different names or identities;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;

8.2 ph385 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all associated bets and transactions, and to report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

9 Responsible Gaming

9.1 Age Restriction. Real-money gaming at ph385 is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 years and above, as required under PAGCOR regulations. ph385 takes underage gambling seriously and enforces age verification rigorously through its KYC process.

9.2 Responsible Gaming Tools. ph385 provides the following responsible gaming controls to all Players:

10 Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the ph385 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, user interface design, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of ph385 or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit Players to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without ph385's prior written consent.

10.3 "ph385" and associated logos and marks are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph385's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.2 ph385 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity, whether or not ph385 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

11.3 ph385 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party provider outages, and circumstances beyond ph385's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features thereof. ph385 is not liable for any losses incurred as a direct result of such unavailability.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes ph385's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

12.1 ph385 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy.

12.2 By registering an Account, you consent to ph385's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and marketing communications (where you have opted in to receive such communications).

12.3 ph385 may share your personal data with PAGCOR and other relevant Philippine regulatory authorities as required by applicable law or by the conditions of ph385's operating license.

13 Amendments to These Terms

13.1 ph385 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be effective upon publication of the revised Terms on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent changes took effect.

13.2 Where amendments are material, ph385 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

13.3 Players who do not agree to amended Terms should cease using the Platform and contact ph385 support to arrange the orderly closure of their Account and withdrawal of any available balance.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to ph385's internal dispute resolution process. Registered Players may submit a formal complaint by contacting ph385 support with full particulars of the dispute. ph385 will acknowledge the complaint within two (2) business days and endeavour to resolve it within fourteen (14) calendar days.

14.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through ph385's internal process, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its player complaints mechanism. Disputes that remain unresolved after PAGCOR's involvement are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
